VitalCaring Group seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for in-home health care. You will deliver one-on-one therapy, advance patients’ independence, and work under a licensed OT to implement personalized care plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active COTA license in the state of practice.
• Home Health experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Deliver personalized, goal-driven home health therapy under OT supervision.
• Improve patients’ ability to perform daily activities through ADLs retraining.
• Provide hands-on therapy focused on strength, mobility, and self-care.
• Assess and report patient progress, home safety, and functional outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on techniques, exercises, and safety strategies.
• Complete timely documentation in the EMR and coordinate with care team.
