Job summary

InHome Therapy is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to work in home health in and around Schaumburg, IL. You will visit adult and geriatric patients, provide therapy under supervision, and help clients regain independence with strong clinical support.

This role offers flexible scheduling, a consistent patient caseload, and a tablet with data plan. Compensation is per visit with potential for growth and mentorship opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to visit patients in their homes.
• Basic comfort with technology and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health occupational therapy services under supervision of an OT.
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help regain independence.
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided).
