Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver home health OT services to adults and seniors in the South of Chicago, IL area. You will work with an OT to provide patient-centered care and help clients regain independence in their homes.

The role offers flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and provided tools (tablet, data plan, supplies). Paid training, mentorship, and leadership opportunities are available as you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Active COTA license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Reliable transportation needed.
• Basic comfort with technology (email, texting, EMR systems) provided training.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health occupational therapy services under supervision of an OT.
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes to help regain independence.
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided).
• Be the best part of someone’s day.
