Job summary

PurposeCare is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide skilled visits in patients' homes around the Midwest, including Ohio. The role supports clinicians with compassionate, patient-centered care in a home health setting.

You will work with a dedicated team, enjoy flexible scheduling, maintain autonomy in clinical decisions, and access opportunities such as telehealth and ongoing professional development. PurposeCare serves over 6,500 clients monthly and values care in the community.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state where applying.
• 1 year of occupational therapy assistant experience preferred; home health experience preferred.
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, including heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing.
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.
