Job summary

PurposeCare is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide skilled home health visits and personalized home-based therapy. You will work with patients in their own homes, leveraging autonomy to make clinical decisions and deliver holistic care.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist license in your applying state.
• 1 year of OT experience preferred; home health and OASIS experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.
