Job summary

PurposeCare in the Midwest is seeking a Credentialed Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide skilled visits in patients' homes. You will work with clients in home health, applying your expertise to support daily living and recovery.

The role offers flexible scheduling, autonomy in clinical decisions, and access to telehealth, mileage reimbursement, and a benefits package including medical, vision, dental, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state you are applying
• 1 year of occupational therapy assistant experience is preferred - home health experience preferred
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
