In addition, we prepare home health agencies for accreditation, Medicare certification, and achievement of state licensure.

Amity Healthcare Group is seeking for a self-motivated, results-oriented home health consultant to join our team.

Requirements:

A Home Health Consultant will provide various clinical and operational consulting services to Amity Healthcare Group clients. Consultant’s activities may include providing expert advice, policy development, working with start-up agencies, performing mock surveys, quality assurance and regulatory compliance activities, as well as training, education, and implementation of operational and/or clinical strategies to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals who meet the following qualifications:

• A minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and an active RN license.
• At least 5 years of home health experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• At least 1 year of home health consulting experience.
• A strong understanding of CMS home health regulations, including conditions of participation, Medicare accreditation requirements, and related processes.
• Proven experience with compliance audits and clinical documentation review.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work remotely and travel occasionally, as needed.
