    The Neuroscience Health & Science Professional (HSP) will increase territory sales and develop customer relationships through product promotion and strategic management.

    The HSP should have strong customer, market, and business acumen, analytical skills, and product and disease knowledge. They should excel in sales, promotion, strategic development, and customer engagement both in-person and virtually. Excellent communication, teamwork, digital tool proficiency, and remote work effectiveness are essential.

    How You Will Achieve It

    • Drive sales within your territory
    • Engage with customers face-to-face and virtually
    • Develop and execute effective call plans and engagement strategies
    • Build rapport and relationships, leveraging digital tools effectively
    • Use reports and analytics to identify and develop opportunities
    • Educate providers on product and disease state knowledge, using approved resources
    • Collaborate across teams to meet customer needs and Pfizer objectives
    • Complete administrative tasks timely and compliant

    Qualifications

    Must-Have

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • At least 2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combinations as specified
    • Experience in sales, healthcare, or related fields
    • Must reside within 25 miles of the territory border
    • Valid US driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory

    Nice-to-Have

    • Experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales
    • Strong sales and territory management skills
    • Knowledge of relevant disease states and customer markets

    Other Details

    Work Location: Remote - Field Based

    Salary range: $71,700 - $180,200 plus quarterly incentives. Benefits include 401(k), paid leave, health coverage, and more. Relocation assistance may be available.
