Job summary

ExpertCare is hiring Personal Care Assistants to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities, and accompany clients to community activities to foster personal growth outside the home.

We value reliability, compassion, and strong communication. Full and part-time positions are available with paid training, flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 personal care support to recipients in their homes.
• Encourage participation in skill-building activities and community outings.
• Support recipients to achieve personal goals outside home environment.
