Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes, providing support, encouragement and helping with skill-building activities. You will also bring clients into the community to grow and strengthen personal goals outside the home environment.

Full and part-time positions are available in Southeast Michigan, with paid training, flexible schedules and weekly pay. Join a team that values compassion and communication.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities
