Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field or nursing/therapy/social work graduate.
• Two years of healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local laws governing Medicare certified home health and hospice operations.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Clinical license if applicable for certain roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager between Enhabit and referral sources including physicians, hospitals, and senior living communities.
• Promote awareness and education of company services and program requirements to referral sources, patients, families, and caregivers to aid post-acute care transitions.
• Support referral growth, improve patient outcomes, and drive high satisfaction with patients and referral sources.
