Job summary

Puget Sound Home Health and Hospice is seeking an experienced and caring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our Home Health division in the King County area. Position: Full-Time (or part-time) Home Health CNA with day shifts only.

As a Home Health CNA you’ll provide personal care and supportive services in patients' homes and other care settings, coordinating with the nursing team to ensure comfort, dignity, and quality of life for our patients.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required in Washington State.
• Must have CNA experience in a Home Health or Hospice agency.
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• EMR experience with HCHB preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insured, reliable vehicle.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to multiple patients daily in home settings with visit-based scheduling.
• Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing.
• Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
• Assist with range-of-motion exercises and mobility support.
• Maintain a clean and safe patient living environment.
• Observe and report changes to the case manager.
• Follow plan of care as directed by RN or therapist.

Position: Full-Time (or part-time) Home Health CNA

**A home health CNA cares for multiple patients daily (5-6), spending shorter periods with each rather than long shifts with just one or two patients.

Location: Pierce County
Schedule: Day Shifts Only (No Nights)
Care Setting: Patient Homes, Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), Adult Family Homes (AFHs)

Job Summary

As a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you’ll provide personal care and supportive services to patients in their homes and other care settings. You’ll work closely with the nursing team to ensure comfort, dignity, and quality of life for our patients.
