Job summary

Interim HealthCare is hiring Home Health Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide one-on-one in-home care. Join a nationwide network focused on compassionate, patient-centered support and meaningful daily care.

Qualifications

• Active Nursing Assistant Certification in Arizona required.
• CPR Certification preferred (demonstration course required).
• Valid Arizona Fingerprint Card required.
• One year Home Health experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care based on a plan of care with a registered nurse.
• Record patient health status and report to nurse.
• Provide companionship and assist with activities of daily living.
• Assist patients with dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting and eating.
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance, including use of lift devices.
