Job summary

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, therapy, or speech pathology and a minimum of 3 years in clinical nursing or rehabilitation, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Pathology.
• Experience with home health or hospice regulations and reimbursement is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Promotes quality patient care and assists with chart audits.
• Ensures field supervisory visits are completed per policy.
• Directs staff coordination of resources for daily operations.
• Monitors staff productivity and corrects charting deficiencies affecting revenue.
• Participates in staff orientation, coaching, and hiring decisions.
