Job summary

Principle Choice Home Healthcare in Oklahoma City is seeking a Director of Clinical Services to lead the interdisciplinary team, ensure high-quality patient care, and align operations with corporate policies. The role may involve field nurse coverage at the Administrator's direction.

You will supervise Case Managers, oversee care plans, coordinate with physicians, and maintain compliance with home health guidelines, billing, and EMR communications.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited registered nurse program.
• Current state licensure in Oklahoma and in good standing per state requirements.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) preferred
• 1-2 years recent Home Health nursing experience
• Active Oklahoma driver’s license
• Current car insurance and registration
• Required vehicle
• Knowledge of infection control practices, stamina, and safety rules
• Leadership and empathy in patient care and staff coordination

Responsibilities

• Oversees the interdisciplinary team (IDT) and directs patient care activities.
• Supervises the case manager’s plan of care development.
• Ensures timely re-certifications and communication with physicians.
• Maintains billing accuracy and EMR documentation.
• Manages staffing, scheduling, mentoring, and timekeeping for IDT.
• Participates in on-call duty and patient admissions as needed.
• Ensures continuity and quality of care with attending physicians.
