The position requires licensure in nursing or rehab disciplines, five years of clinical experience with supervisory responsibilities, and strong organizational and communication skills. Travel to sites may be involved.

Qualifications

• Valid license to practice in the state (RN/OT/PT/SLP)
• Bachelor's degree in nursing, OT, PT, or SLP
• Typically requires 5 years of clinical nursing or rehabilitation experience
• 1 year of supervisory experience managing staff and budgets

Responsibilities

• Oversees clinical services and operations ensuring patient care quality and compliance with regulations.
• Monitors chart audits and communicates trends to the Director.
• Ensures high patient care standards and timely achievement of quality goals.
• Ensures staff productivity targets are met and timely billing occurs.
• Manages staffing and case loads with multidisciplinary coverage.
• Develops budget projections and manages expenditures to meet goals.
