MedStar Health is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to oversee administrative, financial, and clinical services for a home health team. You will lead patient-facing clinical associates, ensure adherence to policies, and drive high-quality care and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing operational and financial activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering interdepartmental collaboration to improve outcomes and staff engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 1-2 years progressively responsible managerial experience in home healthcare.
• RN or Therapy/Allied Health license required to hire; multiple jurisdictions acceptable.
• Strong knowledge of reimbursement and regulatory guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Oversees field staff compliance with policies and procedures.
• Manages clinical outcomes and revenue using analytics and dashboards.
• Reviews clinical records for utilization and regulatory compliance.
