Vitruvian Health in Georgia seeks a Home Health Clinical Manager/Administrator to lead the home health department, ensure high-quality patient care, and optimize staff productivity.

You will work with the Home Health Director, oversee staff including nurses and therapists, implement policies, manage operations, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering compassionate care to the community.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree in nursing; BSN or higher preferred.
• Georgia RN license with at least three years of experience and supervisory/management experience.
• Current CPR certification; valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee home health department performance and staffing.
• Implement policies and procedures to maximize care quality, productivity and compliance.
• Collaborate with the Home Health Director, Assistant Clinical Manager and QAPI Coordinator.
