Vitruvian Health in Georgia is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee nursing assistants and the charge nurse, ensuring compliant, high-quality care across our nursing center. The role supports the Administrator, Medical Director, and Director of Nursing Services to provide safe, patient-centered outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an RN or LPN license with GA licensure, current BLS/CPR certification, and hands-on experience in clinical supervision.

Qualifications

• A LPN/RN nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current RN License in the State of Georgia preferred; LPN License in the State of Georgia required.
• American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day activities of the nursing assistants and charge nurse/supervisor.
• Ensure care delivery complies with federal, state, and local regulations and directives from the Administrator and Medical Director.
• Coordinate with the Director of Nursing Services and participate in care planning and nursing leadership activities.
• Report to the Director of Nursing Services and assist in department management and quality assurance.
