Job summary

Affinity Home Health Care Inc. is seeking a Clinical Operations Lead to guide the home health center’s clinical operations, overseeing nursing and aide performance to ensure high-quality patient care.

You will manage patient eligibility, referrals, intake, scheduling, and documentation, while promoting compliance, care planning, staff development, and service recovery.

This on-site role requires RN license, CPR, reliable transportation, and strong leadership and communication skills.
