Job summary

The VIOS Clinic in Corsicana, TX is seeking a Clinical Operations Lead (Home Health) to oversee daily clinical operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and coordinate cross-functional teams across nursing, aides, and support staff.

You will supervise performance, manage eligibility determinations, referrals, and care coordination, and drive documentation, care plans, and staff training to uphold regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
