Job summary

VNA Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead an interdisciplinary home health team in Rhode Island. You will oversee clinical operations, patient care progression, scheduling coordination, and regulatory compliance to ensure high-quality outcomes.

You will manage staffing, productivity, and budget performance while driving continuous improvement across clinical services and patient satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of progressive nursing experience.
• Current Rhode Island licensure in applicable clinical discipline (RN, OT, PT) required.
• Valid BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical and operational leadership to an interdisciplinary team.
• Directs daily operations including case assignment and visit utilization.
• Ensures timely admissions and effective conversion of referrals with intake.
• Monitors quality outcomes and regulatory compliance.
