Job summary
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, a national leader in home-based care, is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee clinical and non-clinical services across field and office operations in Rhode Island. Qualifications
- Must be a registered nurse with a valid license in the state.
- Minimum three years of nursing experience, including at least two years in a home health setting.
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local home health regulations.
- CPR certification required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Supervise clinical and non-clinical services, ensuring quality patient care.
- Manage clinical operations, personnel, and office operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and safety policies.
- Coordinate care with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
