Job summary

Alternate Solutions Health Network is seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee clinical staff and patient care services. You will monitor compliance, quality and safe delivery by following clinical processes and state scope.

This role provides backup to the Administrator/Don as needed. You will coordinate field and office operations, manage staffing, payroll bonuses, and liaise with billing to address authorizations and exceptions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years as RN or PT in an acute care setting.
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving for clinical needs.
• Ability to create positive impressions and communicate with a variety of people.
• Detail-oriented with strong observation skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and safe delivery of home health services.
• Collaborate with intake to manage referral volume based on staffing.
• Oversee liaison workflow for timely completion and education needs.
• Ensure Start of Care compliance.
• Focus on Outcome Monitors as assigned.
• Implement quality improvement programs in the field.
• Participate in on-call rotation and staff management to meet needs.
