Alternate Solutions Homecare of Cincinnati, LLC is seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee clinical operations, supervise nursing and therapy staff, and ensure compliant, high‑quality home health services across the organization. This leadership role emphasizes patient care, staff development, and adherence to state and federal regulations.

You will collaborate with intake, billing, and field teams, manage on‑call rotations, monitor Start of Care compliance, and drive continuous quality

Competenze

• Minimum of three years RN or PT experience in an acute care setting.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving in clinical needs.
• Excellent communication and customer focus.
• Ability to manage staffing and scheduling in field and office.
• Knowledge of nursing best practices and state scope.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

• Collaborates with intake, directing staffing and managing referral volume.
• Oversee liaison workflow to ensure timely completion and identify education needs.
