Jethro Health System LLC is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing to lead our home health nursing team. The RN will oversee patient care services, manage interdisciplinary staff, and ensure adherence to CMS Conditions of Participation and state regulations.

Responsibilities include clinical supervision, QA/compliance, staff development, and coordinating admissions, care plans, and referrals with physicians and case managers.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• 3 years of home health care experience preferred.
• Management and leadership experience preferred.
• CPR certification if required for visits.
• Reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance.

Responsabilités

• Clinical supervision of staff and patient care oversight.
• Ensure timely, high-quality and compliant home health services.
• Supervise nurses, therapists and other clinical staff.
• Review patient assessments, care plans and physician orders for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with OASIS documentation, PDGM requirements and agency protocols.
