Location: Wayne, Detroit, Canton, Monroe, and Romulus, MI

The Opportunity

As a Home Health PTA, you will work directly with patients in their homes, playing a critical role in restoring mobility and enhancing quality of life under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Essential Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the State of Michigan.
• Home Health experience preferred (but not required).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel to patient homes within the assigned service area (Wayne, Detroit, Canton, Monroe, Romulus).
• Strong documentation and time management skills.
