Job summary

Central Florida Care Group Inc. is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides or CNAs to deliver one-on-one in-home care in Lakeland, Bartow, and surrounding areas. Positions available include part-time, full-time, and contract roles with rates starting at $16.00–$18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include routine elderly and disability care, personal care, companionship, and medication reminders. A clear Level 2 background check and CPR are required, with smartphone use for notes.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine individualized elder care and personal assistance in the home.
• Monitor and report changes in client status to supervisors.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care.
• Provide companionship and homemaking support.
• Remind and assist with medications as needed.
• Educate family members on home care best practices.
• Ensure client safety and comfort at all times.

Job description

We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services. Caregivers will provide 1-1 services in patient's homes in accordance with an established care plan. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Find a case that is compatible to your schedule. Part Time and Full Time openings available. We offer above average pay rates, to go along with our world class service. Currently have 2 open cases in Lakeland and Bartow ares starting at $18/hr.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with developmental disabilities
• Monitor and report changes in client’s status
• Assist with personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients
• Provide companion and homemaking care
• Provide specialized assistance such as medication reminders.
• Teach family members ways to care for their love ones.
• Ensure client’s safety.

Qualifications

• Must have a cleared Level 2 background and CPR.
• 2 yrs experience in home care, or other related fields
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Updated CEUs
• Must have a smart phone to input notes
