Job summary

Central Florida Care Group Inc is seeking compassionate Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily living and personal care in patients' homes across central Florida. 1-1 care per established plan; bilingual candidates encouraged; flexible shifts available including part-time and full-time.

Responsibilities include routine care, monitoring, personal care, companionship, medication reminders, and teaching families.

Qualifications

• Must have a cleared Level 2 background and CPR.
• 2 yrs experience in home care or related fields.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Updated CEUs.
• Must have a smartphone to input notes.
• Clear Level 2 Background Check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with developmental disabilities.
• Monitor and report changes in client's status.
• Assist with personal care such as bathing and dressing patients.
• Provide companion and homemaking care.
• Provide specialized assistance such as medication reminders.
• Teach family members ways to care for their loved ones.
• Ensure client's safety.
