Job summary

CENTRAL FLORIDA CARE GROUP, INC. is seeking compassionate Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant to provide in-home daily living and personal care. You will deliver one-on-one services across central Florida, with flexible schedules and locations including Winter Haven.

We offer above-average pay and a patient-centered care team. Responsibilities include routine care, monitoring status, personal care, companionship, medication reminders, and family coaching.

Qualifications

• Must have a cleared Level 2 background and CPR.
• 2 yrs experience in home care, or other related fields.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Updated CEUs.
• Must have a smart phone to input notes.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with developmental disabilities.
• Monitor and report changes in client’s status.
• Assist with personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients.

• Teach family members ways to care for their loved ones.
• Ensure client’s safety.
