Job summary

CENTRAL FLORIDA CARE GROUP, INC. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant to provide one-to-one daily living and personal care services in patients' homes across central Florida. The role supports care plans, with bilingual candidates encouraged and flexible scheduling.

Positions include part-time, full-time, and contract options. Pay is $16/hr with a focus on safety, companionship and patient well-being.

Qualifications

• Must have a cleared Level 2 background.
• Must have valid CPR/BLS Card or Certificate.
• 2 yrs experience in home care, or other related fields
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Updated CEUs
• Must have a smart phone to input notes

Responsibilities

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with developmental disabilities
• Monitor and report changes in client’s status
• Assist with personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients
• Provide companion and homemaking care
• Provide specialized assistance such as medication reminders.
• Teach family members ways to care for their love ones.
• Ensure client’s safety.
