Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Millis, MA is seeking compassionate CNA, HHA, and PCA caregivers to join our team. We offer flexible schedules, weekly pay, 20+ hours per week, and both full-time and part-time opportunities with first and second shifts.

You will provide personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, companionship, light housekeeping, and follow each client's care plan in a home environment. Immediate hiring is available for qualified caregivers who value helping others and making a positive

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Previous home care or caregiving experience preferred.
• Patient, compassionate, and reliable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently in a client's home.
• Dependable and committed to scheduled shifts.
• Complete vaccination records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with personal care and daily living activities
• Help clients with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Offer companionship and meaningful social interaction
• Perform light housekeeping to keep the home clean and comfortable
• Follow each client's care plan and established routines
• Keep the care team informed of changes in a client's condition or needs
