SYNERGY HomeCare in Dedham, MA is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide in-home care with compassion and reliability.

You'll assist with daily living, mobility, meals, companionship, light housekeeping, and following care plans. Immediate openings with flexible scheduling, first/second shifts, weekday/weekend opportunities, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification required.
• Caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to commit to longer shifts as scheduled.
• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment.
• Follow individual care plans and daily routines.

SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Dedham, MA. We are seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers who are ready to provide quality in-home support and help clients with their daily care needs.
