INTEGRITY FIRST CAREGIVERS is seeking an experienced Home Health Care Program Administrator to oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. The role involves supervising staff, maintaining high-quality client services, and supporting growth initiatives.

The administrator will coordinate with clients, families, referral sources, and regulatory agencies while maintaining accurate records and leading policy development.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in home health care, healthcare, or human services.
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal home health care regulations.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records and Microsoft Office applications.
