Job summary

The role requires 3+ years of healthcare marketing experience, a relevant degree, and a valid driver's license. You will collaborate with admissions and care teams to ensure coordinated service delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years marketing experience
• Healthcare and/or hospice experience preferred
• Driver's license required
• Auto insurance required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct marketing of Home Based Service to assigned areas.
• Develop and implement territory plans to achieve growth goals.
• Build relationships with providers via sales calls and presentations.
• Act as liaison between referral partners and the agency.
• Meet with patients and families to discuss home health and hospice services.
• Maintain communications with admissions and care resources staff.
• Log daily activity and plan follow-ups with referral sources.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, social workers, and discharge planners.
• Use agency software to document information in databases.
• Participate in marketing events and CEU programs for providers.
• Prepare monthly referral source tracking reports.
