Dominion Revenue Solutions is seeking a Home Health & Hospice Billing Co-Ordinator to coordinate revenue cycle activities for our organization. This role requires denial management and cross-team coordination of billing for Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial plans.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory or coordination experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in HOME HEALTH - HOME CARE PLEASE.
• Must have at least two of Home Health, Hospice, Pediatric or PAS experience.
• Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Must be analytical with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experienced billers with knowledge of patient care systems (Kinnser, KanTime, Axxess, DDE, Zirmed, Waystar, Ability EASE, clearinghouses).
• Team players who contribute to a positive, collaborative environment.

Responsabilités

• Supervision and coordinating billing activities.
• Processing, monitoring, and collecting Medicare, Medicaid, and other commercial insurance claims per payer requirements.
• Verifying the accuracy of billing data and revising errors.
• Importing/posting payments from all payer types.
• Creating and distributing financial reports as needed.
• Timely resolution of all claims including appeals.
• Follow up on accounts for billing and overdue collections via calls, re-submissions, and adjustments.
• Maintain patient confidentiality.
