Job summary

Alternate Solutions Health Network is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one in-home care for patients in the Kettering area. You will support patients to stay safe, comfortable, and independent, working with a supportive clinical team.

The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care, a Monday–Friday schedule, and opportunities for bonus earnings, mileage reimbursement, and benefits including health insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

• STNA/CNA or 75-hour Nurse Aide Training.
• 1+ year of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care.
• Help patients maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition.
• Communicate with nurses, patients, and families.
• Complete required documentation.
