Concordia Visiting Nurses is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) to support patients in their homes across Western Pennsylvania. You will provide compassionate daily care, assist with mobility, monitor basic health signs, and engage clients in activities that promote comfort and independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic medical knowledge including vital signs.

• Reliable transportation may be required.

What you’ll do as a Home Health Aide HHA

• Assist clients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage in activities to promote well-being.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, including the safe use of assistive devices like wheelchairs and walkers.
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any significant changes to the healthcare team.
