Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team in a full-time, in-home care role across the Medford area. The position emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care, with responsibilities to assist patients in daily living activities and support their health and well-being.

Qualified candidates will have at least one year of Home Health Aide experience, the required state HCFA-compliant certificate, CPR certification, and reliable transportation to travel between locations

Qualifications

• Current Home Health Aide/Nurse Aide Certificate meeting HCFA requirements, if required by the state where employed.
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
• Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations.

Be the Best Certified Home Health Aide You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

• At least one year experience as a Home Health Aide and successful completion of competency evaluation
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, including heavy lifting, extensive bending, and standing
• Can document observations and provision of care according to policies and procedures

Required Certifications and Licensures

• Current Home Health Aide/Nurse Aide Certificate meeting HCFA requirements, if required by the state where employed
