Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide to join our caring team in Los Angeles. You will provide compassionate in-home care, assist with daily activities, and help patients maintain independence.

Qualifications

• HHA/Nurse Aide certificate required where state mandates HCFA alignment
• CPR certification required while employed in clinical role
• Ability to travel to client locations and drive as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home patient care and assist with activities of daily living
• Document observations and delivery of care according to policies and procedures
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during home visits

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

• At least one year experience as a Home Health Aide and successful completion of competency evaluation
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, including heavy lifting, extensive bending, and standing
• Can document observations and provision of care according to policies and procedures

Required Certifications and Licensures

• Current Home Health Aide/Nurse Aide Certificate meeting HCFA requirements, if required by the state where employed
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
• Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
