Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a Home Health Aide to support patients in Roswell, GA and surrounding areas. This full-time field role involves delivering in-home care to diverse clients, documenting patient observations, and coordinating with care teams.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of CNA experience, GA CNA certification, CPR certification, and reliable transportation to serve multiple client locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA).
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing.
• Ability to document observations and care according to policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health aide services to patients in their homes.
• Document observations and delivery of care per policy.
• Travel to client locations as required to provide in-home care.

Be the Best Home Health Aide You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

• At least one year experience as a Certified Nurse Assistant and successful completion of competency evaluation GA State Boad License CNA
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, including heavy lifting, extensive bending, and standing
• Can document observations and provision of care according to policies and procedures

Required Certifications and Licensures:

• Current Home Nurse Aide Certificate meeting HCFA requirements, if required by the state where employed
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
• Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
