Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is hiring a Certified Home Health Aide to join our Medford, Oregon team. You will provide compassionate in-home care, monitor patients, and document observations while adhering to policies and procedures.

Qualified applicants have at least one year as a Home Health Aide, a valid HHA/Nurse Aide certificate, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with the ability to travel to all locations. We offer comprehensive benefits and support.

Qualifications

• At least one year experience as a Home Health Aide.
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, including heavy lifting, bending and standing.
• Ability to document observations and provision of care according to policies and procedures.
• Current Home Health Aide/Nurse Aide Certificate meeting HCFA requirements, if required by the state.
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification.
• Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations.

Be the Best Certified Home Health Aide You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

• At least one year experience as a Home Health Aide and successful completion of competency evaluation
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, including heavy lifting, extensive bending, and standing
• Can document observations and provision of care according to policies and procedures

Required Certifications and Licensures:

• Current Home Health Aide/Nurse Aide Certificate meeting HCFA requirements, if required by the state where employed
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
• Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
