Episcopal Homes in St. Paul, MN is seeking a part-time Home Health Aide for The Willows of Ramsey Hill, a memory care community. The role includes personal care, medication reminders, and assisting with daily activities during the PM shift (2:30pm-10:30pm).

Wage is $19.00-$21.50 per hour, 0.4 FTE, on-site based in the Ramsey Hill neighborhood. Ideal candidates are 18+, fluent in English, and have Minnesota CNA/HHA/PCA certification (or equivalent).

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Willing to work every other weekend and holidays.
• Preferred: CNA, HHA, or PCA certification in Minnesota.
• Preferred: Experience working with older adults in hospital, nursing home, or home care settings.
• Preferred: Prior medication administration experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with personal care: dressing, grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, and applying lotions.
• Provide toileting assistance and incontinence care.
• Support ambulation, transfers, and repositioning.
• Offer assistance with hearing aids, glasses, and sensory devices.
• Provide medication reminders, assistance, or administration as delegated by an RN.
• Assist with blood glucose monitoring and insulin injections (delegated by RN).
• Prepare meals per dietary plans and provide feeding support when needed.
• Record and report vital signs and resident concerns promptly.
• Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful activities.
• Use dementia care techniques including validation and redirection.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by RNs or licensed therapists.
• Maintain household cleanliness: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and laundry.
• Ensure proper organization and stocking of medical and household supplies.

Job Details: Job Location: St Paul, MN 55102, Position Type: Part Time, Salary Range: $19.00 - $21.50 Hourly, Job Shift: Evening, The Willows of Ramsey Hill, part of Episcopal Homes of Minnesota, is a 58-bed Memory Care community located in St. Paul’s historic Ramsey Hill neighborhood. The Willows provides a warm, supportive environment for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and other forms of memory loss, with a strong focus on dignity, independence, and person-centered care.

We are currently hiring a Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our Nursing team at The Willows of Ramsey Hill. In this role, you will provide compassionate personal care and delegated nursing services while building meaningful relationships with residents and supporting their comfort, safety, and quality of life.

Wage: $19.00-$21.50/hr. Schedule: PM Shift: 2:30pm-10:30pm, 0.4 FTE

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• At least 18 years old
