Job summary

Community-Life in Wilkinsburg, PA is seeking a Home Health Aide or CNA to join our care team. This full-time role provides in-home assistance to adults 55+ to maintain independence, with shifts from 7:00am to 3:30pm Sunday-Thursday. Also option for part-time evenings and every-other Saturday/Sunday.

Starting pay is $16.50/hour with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and daily pay available. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, disability coverage, and free uniforms.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Caregiving Experience preferred
• Valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation

As a Community Care Aide, you’ll support adults aged 55+ in maintaining their independence by providing compassionate, in-home assistance with daily living activities. Your care helps participants live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Responsibilities include:

• Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
• Meal preparation and feeding
• Occasional support in our day center
• Full Time 7:00am-3:30pm Sunday-Thursday
• Part Time: Evenings - 4-9p up to 4 days a week (to include 1 weekend day)
• Part Time: 4:0 0pm-9:00pm, Every other Saturday and Sunday
• Starting at $16.50/hour, more based on experience
• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time hires
• Daily Pay Available – get paid when you need it
