A local healthcare provider in Homestead, PA is seeking a compassionate Community Care Aide to support older adults in their homes. The role involves personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. This position offers a starting pay of $16.50 per hour and includes comprehensive benefits such as paid vacation, medical insurance, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Ideal candidates must have a High School Diploma and experience in elderly care. Full-time schedules are available including morning and evening shifts.

Formación

• At least 12 months of experience caring for frail or elderly individuals.
• Valid PA driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Occasionally support in the adult day center.

Make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults in your community. As a Community Care Aide, you’ll support adults aged 55+ in maintaining their independence by providing compassionate, in‑home assistance with daily living activities. Your care helps participants live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Responsibilities include:

• Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
• Meal preparation and feeding
• Light housekeeping
• Occasional support in our adult day center

Location: Homestead, PA

Schedules Available: Full Time 6am-2:30pm Sun‑Thurs, OR 11am-7:30pm Tues‑Sat

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting at $16.50/hour, more based on experience
• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full‑Time hires
