Job summary

Community-Life in McKeesport, PA is seeking a Home Health Aide to join our in-home care team. Full-time shifts provide compassionate support to adults 55+ in their homes, helping with daily living activities and maintaining independence.

You will perform personal care tasks, meal preparation, and light support both in homes and at our day center as scheduled. Starting pay is $16.50 per hour, with up to $19.00, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Caregiving experience preferred.
• Valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting).
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance.
• Occasional support in the day center.
• Follow full-time shift schedules: 12-8:30pm Tue-Sat; 10am-6:30pm Tue-Sat; 10am-6:30pm Sun-Thu; 9:30am-6pm Sun-Thu.
