Job summary

VitalCaring is hiring Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide compassionate, hands-on care in patients' homes across Oklahoma. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor safety, document care, and collaborate with clinical teams to ensure comfort and independence.

We value dependability, empathy, and strong time-management. Requirements include HHA certification or training per state standards, CPR, 18+ years old, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• State/federal requirements for Home Health Aide certification or training.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Ability to read, follow care plans and document services.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers per care plan.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Take and record vital signs when required.
• Assist with medication self-administration as directed.
• Observe and report changes to the clinical team.
• Document care accurately in the EMR system.
• Participate in team meetings and care coordination.
