Job summary

VitalCaring Group in the United States is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide compassionate, hands-on care in patients’ homes. You’ll support daily living activities, monitor safety, and help maintain comfort and dignity during visits.

Qualifications

• > Meets state and federal requirements for Home Health Aide certification or training.
• > At least 18 years of age
• > Ability to read, follow care plans, and document services provided
• > Current CPR certification
• > Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• > Ability to work independently with strong time management skills
• > Demonstrates empathy, patience, and professionalism in all interactions

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care that supports patient comfort, safety, and independence.
• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support mobility, transfers, and basic exercises in alignment with the care plan.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Take and record vital signs when required and trained to do so.
• Assist with medication self-administration as directed.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the clinical team.
• Document care provided accurately and timely within the EMR system.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and care coordination activities
• Provide compassionate support to patients and families during each visit
