Elara Caring is seeking a Personal Care Aide PCA in Attleboro, MA to provide compassionate in-home support that enhances quality of life, dignity, and independence for clients receiving home health care. You will assist with bathing, mobility, meals, and companionship while maintaining safety and privacy standards.

The position offers an hourly pay range of $20.00–$23.58 with daily pay options, paid training, career growth opportunities, and a supportive team focused on making a real difference

Qualifications

• HHA or CNA certification from Massachusetts required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with elderly or disabled preferred.
• Compassionate, patient and dependable personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing and hygiene support.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry and household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
• Assist with errands and transportation to appointments when applicable.
• Promote a safe, respectful environment for each client.
