Job summary

Elara Caring is hiring a Personal Care Aide PCA in Massachusetts to provide compassionate in-home support. You will assist with bathing, grooming, mobility, meal preparation, and light housekeeping while ensuring safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• HHA certification and/or CNA certification from the State of Massachusetts
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience caring for elderly or disabled individuals preferred
• Compassionate, patient and dependable personality
• Reliable personal transportation to travel to client homes

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support including bathing, grooming, dressing
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers and daily living activities
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform housekeeping, laundry and household tasks
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping and transportation to appointments
